We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for rivalry games, ranked matchups, and other high-demand trips. Reservations remain available until sold out, but popular departures may fill several weeks before game day.

Exact departure times are confirmed once the game's kickoff time has been announced. Detailed boarding instructions will be included in your confirmation email and digital boarding pass.

If a game is canceled, you'll receive a full refund for your reservation.

If a game is postponed or rescheduled, we'll contact all affected guests with the available options, including transferring your reservation to the new game date when possible.

Yes. Guests may bring up to two canned beverages per person for consumption onboard the motorcoach. Beverages must be consumed or disposed of prior to arrival at Autzen Stadium.

Glass containers are not permitted. Please drink responsibly and be respectful of fellow passengers.

Our motorcoaches typically depart 30 minutes after the conclusion of the game.

We'll send departure reminders by text, and our game-day staff will remain on-site to help direct guests back to the motorcoach and assist with boarding.

No. Everything you need can be accessed directly from your phone.

After booking, you'll receive email and text confirmation along with a digital boarding pass that can be added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for fast and convenient check-in.

Every reservation includes round-trip transportation aboard a premium motorcoach, complimentary water and soft drinks, an artisanal snack box, onboard entertainment, dedicated game-day staff, and additional amenities designed to make your trip as comfortable and convenient as possible.

Game tickets are not included with your reservation, however lunch boxes are available as an optional add-on during booking.

Our motorcoaches depart on schedule to ensure everyone arrives with plenty of time before kickoff. We recommend arriving at your pickup location at least 15 minutes before departure.

Unfortunately, we're unable to hold or delay a motorcoach for late-arriving guests.

Yes. Passengers may leave personal items on the motorcoach during the game at their own risk. The vehicle remains secured while parked, though we recommend keeping valuables with you.

The coach also has undercarriage storage for larger items, allowing guests to bring items such as foldable chairs, folding tables, and other tailgating gear that may not fit comfortably inside the passenger cabin.

No. Game tickets are not included with your transportation reservation and are not sold by Quack Trips.
